Glas till San Fransisco, USA

På uppdrag av Svenska Handelskammaren i San Fransisco har vi tillverkat priset till vinnaren av Golf Tournament, SACC-AACC Summer Scramble 2011. Tävlingen arrangerades av Sveriges och Australiens Handelkammare.

Glaset är blåst och drivet i tvåfärgad underfångsteknik. Stenen är från Höörs Marmor och Granit och graverad med "2011 Champion SACC-AACC Summer Scramble"


Using traditional glassblowing and decorating techniques the artists have produced a poetical comment on the meditative and philosphical aspects of golf . This globe contains the blue skies through which the golf ball sores as well as the aerodynamic structure of the ball itself.
The globe shape symbolize the connection of people all over the world through the noble art of golf.
The artwork is mounted on Swedish granite ( diabas).
